Alicia Storie

Alicia Storie is the founder of the multi-award-winning climate-conscious interior design studio AdesignStorie. She specializes in designing spaces that embody biophilic principles, enhance well-being, and prioritize the use of sustainable materials. In addition to her design work, she actively engages as a speaker and workshop host, sharing her experience in climate design. After graduating with a First-Class degree in Interior Design, Alicia commenced her career at a prominent interior design studio in London where she collaborated on large-scale commercial projects. Her strong commitment to sustainability led her to research sustainable interior design and natural building techniques, ultimately leading to the founding of AdesignStorie in 2020. AdesignStorie was awarded the Creative Edinburgh Innovation Award in 2023. Also holding the role of Climate Designers UK Hub co-lead, Alicia champions the transformative power of design as a tool to engage with the climate crisis and foster change. Alicia has been selected by the World Design Organisation to collaborate on the Young Designers Circle 2023-25. This initiative aligns with WDO’s mission to design for a better world and its objectives to promote the use of design in advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
