Anna White
Anna is a design and innovation expert with over 20 years of experience innovating products, services, and brand experiences. She uses design thinking to unlock insights, fuel ideation, and create successful concepts that connect organizations with their audiences. Her clients range from small start-ups, non-profits, and foundations to multinationals such as Autodesk, Novartis, and Facebook. Anna previously led the insight team at the London office of the globally renowned company IDEO, pioneered the use of design thinking in the public sector at the UK Design Council, as well as creating a consistent brand interface experience for Ford Europe vehicles - where she began her career in automotive design. Anna has shared her passion for human-centered design through teaching and coaching with the LUMA Institute. Something of a globetrotter, Anna has lived and worked in London, Los Angeles, Dublin, and Munich and has traveled extensively to uncover user needs and motivations in locations as diverse as South America and China. Most recently, Anna has been responsible for growing capability in digital innovation and delivering UX projects in the healthcare and medical sector. Having returned to her native Yorkshire in 2023, Anna works as an independent design and innovation consultant across the public and private sectors. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Ergonomics from the University of Loughborough, UK, and an MA in Design Strategy & Innovation from Brunel University London.
