Harriet Pugh

Harriet is a design leader helping government councils and charities meet the needs of people and the planet. Harriet currently leads design for Net Zero and Planet-Centered Design at TPXimpact, exploring how design can support the public sector and industry to create the policy products and services we need to get to net zero and how we bring the planet as a stakeholder into everything we do so that the things we design and build are sustainable. Harriet is an experienced co-designer with a background in activism and community development. She is passionate about the role of local communities in tackling the climate crisis and advocates for making design and change a more inclusive and collective mission. She co-chairs TPXimpact’s Planet Employee Resource Group, which supports those concerned about the climate and ecological emergency to support one another and take action together.
