Jonathan Ward
Jonathan is a Built Environment Engineer and Sustainability Consultant with broad experience across all scales of projects. These range from award-winning office headquarters buildings, modular housing, schools, and community energy projects. He enjoys developing sustainable design strategies and leading teams to translate these into integrated and efficient project delivery.
His notable projects include the 2012 Athletes Village, The Leadenhall Building, and the award-winning Siemens Crystal. He has extensive experience as project manager, lead design engineer, and project director. His in-depth understanding of water and energy systems and whole-life carbon reduction allows him to develop strategies and practical designs for reducing environmental impact and cost-in-use. He has led his practice innovation portfolio; exploring, collating, and disseminating information on new and emerging technologies and design methods.
Jonathan is experienced in preparing planning documents, coordinating technical input, and is active in Islington, London, and UK Policy consultations on Planning and Building Regulations. He has worked extensively with community organizations in the delivery of projects, providing advice, and supporting stakeholders.
Seeking to innovate, Jonathan is inspired to research, develop, and disseminate practical technologies and design techniques that are cost-effective and sustainable, addressing our Climate Emergency.
