Lewis Just

Lewis is a Partner at Studio Andthen, where he helps organizations think long-term and reimagines positive ways of living by balancing people, planet, and profit. He specializes in shifting perspectives, co-creating services, and bringing new impact ventures to market. His global work spans Aruba, Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil, Japan, the Netherlands, and the UK. He’s worked with public sector organizations like Defra, the City of Amsterdam, and the British Business Bank as well as corporations like Hitachi, Booking.com, and L’Oreal.

He identifies and analyzes emerging trends, facilitates co-creation workshops, and guides strategic decision-making. In the third sector, he has collaborated with StepChange, Oxfam, and B Corp Lab to co-design educational and communication solutions. He was Head of Design at Pawprint, a startup dedicated to expediting companies' journeys toward net zero emissions. He also successfully founded and bootstrapped a startup called the ECO coin, which incentivizes sustainable actions and won blue-chip clients and government contracts.

 

He frequently speaks at conferences about his work, is a visiting Lecturer at the Glasgow School of Art, and serves as chairperson of Inclusive Surfing Scotland. In his spare time, Lewis enjoys experimenting in the kitchen to create Instant Scottish Ramen using his old Olympus film camera and getting lost in a forest.
