Megha Wadhawan

Megha has over a decade and a half of experience in design. She is a seasoned design leader who works on complex social challenges, building design maturity and scaling design across private, public, and third sector organizations. Her practice is rooted in systemic, inclusive, and futures approaches to build a just society. She has led teams and worked across a wide range of topics including funding services, housing, social innovation, planning guidance, health and social care, data observatories, clean energy, skills, race and gender equality. Megha co-authored the DIYToolkit with Nesta, was a mentor for the Queen’s Young Leaders Programme and Girl Up United Nations Foundation. She has taught at University of the Arts London, Ravensbourne University, and given lectures at the Bath School of Management and Carnegie Mellon University. She designed and delivered short courses on social design, service and inclusive design to participants from government, charities, healthcare, and private sector bodies. Previously, she co-founded and led the London chapters of the Global Service & Sustainability Jams. Megha's clients include Forum for the Future, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, NHS Race and Health Observatory, NHS England, Surrey County Council, Nike Foundation, Microsoft, and Google.
