Neil Gridley
Neil is a Design Consultant working with organizations at all stages of growth and across many sectors from high technology and healthcare to furnishings and consumer goods. Over the past 25 years has worked with start-ups, universities and the third sector as well as many blue-chip corporations. Recent clients include 3M, IKEA, Philips, The Samaritans, and Unilever. Neil has also developed and delivered UK wide programmes that contribute to organizational change and growth by embedding design-led innovation capabilities at scale.
Alongside his own practice Neil is also a Design Council Associate, NESTA Associate and a visiting tutor at the Royal College of Art master’s in service design. Neil regularly speaks on the transformative power of design, has been featured in various books, publications, and newspaper articles, and has even made it onto BBC2. Neil has also jointly authored “Brand Romance” published by Palgrave McMillan, which describes the role of design in building a loved brand.
