Sarah Jones-Morris
Sarah Jones-Morris, Director of award-winning Landsmith Associates Ltd, brings over 25 years of expertise in landscape architecture and urban design, spanning rural to urban contexts and projects of varying scales from micro to large developments. As a Fellow of the Landscape Institute and the Institute of Place Management, she focuses on developing green infrastructure and Public Health-led masterplans and strategies, creating biodiverse-rich healthy landscapes, and fostering collaborative design approaches.
Notable projects include the Redcliffe and Temple BID District Green Infrastructure Action Plan and the University of Bristol Living Estates Strategy. A joint winner of the Home 2030 competition, she prioritizes health, climate resilience, and biodiversity in urban design. Sarah's commitment to community engagement is evident in initiatives like the We Can Make Community Design Code.
She is the UK ambassador to the Hush City global research project and founded Bristol Soundwalks. Additionally, as Co-CEO of the Association of Collaborative Design (ACD), Sarah leads collaboration efforts and authors the Engagement Overlay to the Plan of Work in partnership with RIBA and Sustrans. Her impact extends to articles, book publications, and teaching roles across UK universities.
