Stephanie Hankey

Stephanie Hankey is a designer, technologist, and social entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience exploring the social and environmental impact of technology on society. She is the co-founder of the Berlin-based NGO Tactical Tech and the co-curator of various exhibitions on technology and society including Nervous Systems, Everything Will Be Fine, and the groundbreaking touring exhibition the Glass Room. She was a Loeb Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, a Senior Strategic Advisor to the Ellen Macarthur Foundation, and teaches provocation and intervention design at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam. Stephanie has been an advisor, trainer, and capacity builder to governments and corporations on ethics in design and is currently a mentor for the New European Bauhaus.
