Steph (MRes MEng) facilitates stakeholder engagement and the co-design of near and far futures at Studio ANDNAND in a more-than-human world. She has worked on projects such as designing streets with neurodivergent people and collectively generating foresight with and for civil society. Holding a non-extractive space for widening participation, collective imagination, and lateral thinking is her expertise.

As well as contributing in practice, she has published with the Royal College of Art on methodologies for design-led futures thinking, shared her knowledge in lectures and seminars at the Royal College of Art and London College of Fashion on designing for extreme environments, and was a visiting lecturer on collective imagination and systemic design at Central Saint Martins.

Before ANDNAND, she worked on innovation projects in public, private, non-profit, and academic organizations for about 15 years: responsible for hands-on delivery of greenfield and brownfield technology solutions and innovations, e.g., in the space sector; founded and closed a health tech startup. The deep understanding of technology models of systems (humans included!) and delivering and operating innovation in practice contributes to Steph's know-how in systemic thinking.
