Victoria Lee, BArch, MA, MSc, MRICS, FRSA, is an Urban Designer, Chartered Surveyor, and Sustainable Development Strategist. She delivers sustainable development through best urban design and placemaking practice, good governance, and strategic engagement. Victoria has over 15 years of strategic and technical experience in the UK and internationally. She has shaped, advised on, and/or assured the design of city-scale masterplans, nationally significant infrastructure and megaprojects.

Projects include a new low carbon city, airport, rail and power stations, waterfront development, national design policies, innovation and academic campuses, housing of all types (affordable, student, commercial, mixed use, etc.), tall and commercial buildings, public realm, meanwhile uses, and much more. To deliver these projects, she works collaboratively with central and local governments, property developers and investors, designers and contractors, international agencies, politicians, and communities.

Victoria has written and reviewed international urban design, planning, and development articles; chaired and/or participated in expert panel discussions; judged design competitions; and shared insights through built environment podcasts. She is an alumna of the University of Oxford, Vice President of the Oxford Urbanists, Trustee for Futures for Women, Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, and mentor at My Big Career.
