Vidushi Chenna

Vidushi is a multidisciplinary designer, textile and material researcher, consultant, and artist with over 8 years of experience in the UK and Indian textile sectors.

She holds a Master's in Textiles from the Royal College of Art (RCA), following her Bachelor's at the National Institute of Design (NID), India. She has collaborated on community projects with organisations like Wimbledon and the Crafts Council of India, conducting workshops in academic organisations to rediscover and promote indigenous textile practices. Her expertise includes hands-on skills, storytelling, and promoting regenerative cultures and circular living through the innovative use of natural renewable materials and fibres.

Focusing on research and knowledge exchange, Vidushi works closely with local artists, craftspeople, non-profits, and bespoke brands to develop sustainable design alternatives. She advocates for combining material science with grassroots interventions to embed empathetic design thinking into strategies that enhance inclusivity and drive social change
